Information you provide

• Account details: username, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Resume content: name, phone number, work history, education, skills, and any other information present in an uploaded resume file.
• Job search activity: saved jobs, saved searches and their frequency, job applications, and career preferences you set.

This site uses the following third-party services, which may set cookies or collect usage data independently of JobMojo.ai:

• Google Analytics — page views and on-site events.
• Meta Pixel — on pages where it is configured, for advertising analytics.

Signed-in sessions are also tracked internally (device name, approximate location, last activity) so you can review and sign out of active sessions from Settings.

How your information is used

• To match your profile against job postings and compute scores shown to you.
• To let recruiters using the platform search and view candidate profiles.
• To send job alerts you have opted into via saved searches.
• To operate account security features such as session management.

How long we keep your information

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account exists. If you stop using the platform, your data is not automatically deleted — it is kept indefinitely unless you or we take action to delete it. To request deletion, contact us using the details below.

Your choices

You can edit or remove skills, work history, and other profile fields at any time from your profile. You can pause or delete saved job alerts from the alerts page. Account deletion is not currently self-service — contact us to request it.
