About the Role
As a Senior Lead Engineer – Technical Management, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, platform advisory, optimization, and incident management support across cloud-based technology environments.
You will work closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to drive platform adoption, improve reliability and performance, manage technical risks, and support the implementation of new technologies and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform adoption, optimization, and configuration initiatives while ensuring alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
- Advise customers on platform trade-offs, optimization strategies, and technical roadmaps.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for platform upgrades and product implementations, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Provide technical guidance and represent customer needs across engineering and product teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate platform risks using observability and monitoring insights.
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Services, and Cloud teams.
- Review and refine AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, development processes, and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering teams when required.

Educational Qualifications
- Engineering or relevant degree – BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc
- Technical certifications across relevant technologies are desirable.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Experience in customer-facing technical advisory or consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS and Cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of AWS environments and cloud architecture.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace or similar platforms.
- Understanding of API integrations and modern web applications.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Experience working with AI-enabled IDEs and agentic development tools.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, product, cloud, and customer-facing teams.
Good to Have Skills
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development environments.
- Experience with agentic development workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud platform optimization and reliability engineering.
- Experience with automation and modern software development practices.
- Exposure to healthcare or other highly regulated technology environments.
