About the role
Job Overview
We are seeking two skilled Salesforce Developers with hands-on experience in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) for Customer Engagement to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in building and configuring a reusable Life Sciences Cloud accelerator offering along with client demo environments for our Life Sciences Cloud Customer Project. You will work closely with onshore/offshore architects and domain experts to deliver scalable, compliant, and industry-specific Salesforce solutions for field-facing personas (Sales Rep, Key Account Manager).
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement solutions including but not limited to Account/Contact management (HCP/HCO), Visit Management, Sample Management, Territory Management, Surveys, and Key Account Management/Activity Plans based on business requirements.
• Build using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Lightning App Builder to extend standard LSC data model and workflows.
• Assist in building and documenting a reusable accelerator offering for life sciences clients.
• Develop accelerators and demo environments for key personas (Sales Rep, Key Account Manager, etc).
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore architects and business analysts to translate business use cases into technical user stories and configurations.
• Participate in data modeling, object design, batch job/trigger handler development, and integration with external systems (SAP, Snowflake, or similar)
• Configure and customize the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app, including offline-first design patterns for field use.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and compliance (especially for life sciences/pharma domain).
• Support the migration/cloning of accelerator environments for new client onboarding.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to other team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Must have: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement
• Must have: Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Experience with Salesforce data model customization, batch Apex, trigger handlers, and integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Mobile App configuration and customization for field use cases, including offline-first design patterns.
• Understanding of life sciences commercial processes (field detailing, sampling, territory alignment) is a strong plus
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required), Platform Developer II (strong plus).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, distributed team
