Lead DevOps
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering, operating, or engineering Kubernetes platforms in production environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on Red Hat OpenShift engineering or administration experience.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code design, implementation, and governance.
• Experience managing production containerized workloads at enterprise scale.
• Strong Linux administration, scripting, and automation skills using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, or equivalent platforms.
• Working knowledge of GitOps practices and source-controlled infrastructure workflows.
• Strong understanding of networking, DNS, ingress, load balancers, certificates, storage, identity, and security concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and partner effectively across technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
