Overview

About the role

Role description: You possess excellent business & application knowledge in the Oracle ERP Cloud F&P domain, (e.g., AP/AR/GL/Tax/Procurement etc.). You have proven experience in a BAU environment supporting a global business while leading the team responsible for Incident & Problem resolution.

What You’ll Own:

* Leading the team responsible for problem resolution including line management responsibilities to junior team members within the BAU team
* Follows Problem Management Methodology responsible for the complete lifecycle of problem records including problem identification & qualification, root cause analysis, permanent resolution management, proactive problem management, known error & knowledge management, governance & reporting as well as stakeholder communication.
* End to end ownership of Oracle Quarterly and Monthly Oracle Upgrades within F&P Domain
* Manages deployment activities in lower environments
* Able to prioritize the workload and deliver as per deadline.

Role accountabilities:

Collaboration:

* Collaborates and communicates with Domain Service Manager, FSMs, and Tech Lead
* Engages with Key Stakeholders such as BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EU’s.
* Collaborates with OOO team and member of Design Authority
* Collaborates with OEA Data, Infrastructure and Integrations team and OOO Technical Solution Managers to ensure technical landscape adheres to standards.

Applications Enhancement & Continuous Improvement:

* Accountability on the Opt-Ins on upgrade releases; Make sure that these are added to the product backlog and collaborate with minor CI lead for delivery
* Participate in functional design work as assigned. Reviews approach with the POs and performs fit/gap analysis as assigned.

Key Shared Accountabilities:

* Partnership with other OEA Lanes, Teams, and OOO Domains to exceed business expectations.
* Oracle Quarterly Update testing with OOO Test Manager and KBUs.
* Accountability on Oracle SOPs and locally created KBAs to accelerate problem resolutions

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate should:

* Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance business processes and the ability to find solutions to meet business requirements.
* Experience in the Oracle Cloud core finance & procurement modules
* Experience with Azure Dev/Ops / Helix
* Understanding of problem management
* Ability to work on Continuous Improvement & business projects when needed.
* Ability to create proposed solution designs.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with Global stakeholders.
* Knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud / SQL / OTBI / BI Publisher advantageous.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience & practical knowledge.
* 7+ years of proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Finance.
* Agile/ CI Frameworks
* Demonstrated technical aptitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5+ years of hands-on Oracle finance configuration/development.
* Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodologies.
* Experience in managing incidents/problems.
* Oracle Cloud Certification.
* Experience in designing/delivering changes/solutions in an Oracle landscape for a global organization.
