About the role
The role requires strong technical expertise in API management, API gateways, and integration technologies, with a particular focus on Broadcom Layer7 API Gateway, Google Apigee, and related API ecosystem components.
Skills
• Strong experience with enterprise API management platforms, including Broadcom Layer7 API Gateway and/or Google Apigee.
• Experience designing, developing, securing, and supporting RESTful APIs and microservice-based architectures.
• Proven experience with API migration, modernization, and legacy remediation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of API security standards, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, TLS, and certificate management.
• Experience with API governance, lifecycle management, and developer enablement practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, containerized environments, and cloud-native deployment models.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Expert Knowledge in Cloud technologies, eg. AWS, Azure
• Exposure to Networks, Databases, Security, Application & Infrastructure design
• Proven track record of supporting Login solutions and linked technologies
• Exposure to Monitoring Tools and Solutions to support Security Infrastructure (E.g. CA APM, AppDynamics, ITCAM, New Relic)
• Development experience on one of the languages ( JAVA, Perl, C++, .net , PHP, JavaScript)
