About the role
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service.
• Solid understanding of Core Java and J2EE with experience in backend application development.
• Expertise in AEM backend development, including:
o Sling Models
o Servlets
o OSGi Services
o Workflows
o AEM Components and Templates
o Experience Fragments and Content Fragments
• Experience in AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM), translation frameworks, and developing multilingual, multi-site, and multi-locale websites.
• Good knowledge of AEM Dispatcher, including configuration, caching strategies, URL rewrites, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript and React is preferred.
• Understanding of AEM best practices, performance optimization, and secure coding standards.
Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interact directly with clients.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines.
